Here is Cora showing off her new baby leg warmers I made her from socks. When I first saw these on other kids I thought they were just a trendy fashion statement, but I saw something online that talked about their other benefits - they keep baby's legs warm, but don't have to be removed for diaper changes, and also protect baby's knees from the floor when crawling, which I was happy about because our apartment has an extremely hard carpet with no pad underneath. They also fit babies forever, just not coming up as high when they get bigger. Thanks Kim for directing me to the link that showed me how to make them - the make it and love it blog.
