Before we got to the cabin, we stopped for a night in Colorado Springs at my mom's uncle's house. Uncle Leland is my Grandma Bonser's baby brother. My grandma is the one in top right of the picture.
Jackie and Leland had a dog, who Cora was very interested in. This was her first encounter up close with a dog.

Cora liked the worm about as much as I did. Interesting at first, but then pretty yucky. But I didn't break mine in two.
